Intelligent Sequencing for YOUR Body!
Practicing at a studio is a great start on your yoga journey and can continue to motivate and teach you for years to come. Developing your own practice to specifically suit what your body needs and is experiencing will help you go deeper and create a stronger personal connection to yoga.
In this 2.5-hour workshop Kat Koch will teach you how to design your own yoga sequence that includes pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, intelligent, juicy sequencing, and working with injury. You will design your own 20 to 45-minute class and take it. You will receive handouts to take home with you and Kat will be available to answer your questions and assist your class! If you Pre-Register you will receive complementary email communication once per week with Kat for the month of February to continue to mentor you as you implement your home yoga practice into your life!
